Workshop Front-line Letter
The front-line letter was the main and only link of soldiers with their families during the Great Patriotic War. Red Army servicemen could write letters in fits and starts, between fierce battles in the front line or even under deafening enemy fire. Those precious lines needed only a square-cut sheet of paper. The workshop participants will learn how to write front-line letters in authentic ink, using metal-nibbed pens, and will listen to poems about those messages full of hope.
